Cindy is a phenomenal photographer for that most challenging of subjects - children. She photographed my one-and-a-half year old twins and the outcome was terrific. Cindy was tremendous. We have two kids (2 and 4), and we weren't sure how they would feel about someone new meeting them at the beach to take their pictures all morning. But Cindy put them at ease right away, and they loved her. She took beautiful pictures of the kids and the family, captured some fun and sweet moments, and even let our son use her camera to take a few shots. She mailed us a DVD containing the full resolution images of all of her shots, and we now have a number of them printed and hanging on our walls. We hired Cindy to photograph our wedding at City Hall in San Francisco. We were traveling in from AZ and really did not know much about the venue. Cindy has a lot of experience with City Hall. She got shots on all 4 floors of City Hall plus the ceremony. The entire shoot was 2 hours. The real story here is the quality of the images. The photos were simply amazing. I needed a photographer for our yearly family Christmas Card photo but also wanted outdoor, heirloom quality photos for the whole family to keep. We scheduled her for the busy Thanksgiving weekend because that was the only time we would all be together. She squeezed us in. When rain was forecast for the day of the shoot, I asked her to move the day up so we wouldn't have rain. She rearranged her schedule to meet us on a different day. We have 5 grown children with their infants. It wasn't easy juggling 4 different nap times, nursing, grumpy little ones. But Cindy was very flexible and patient, even waited for an infant to wake up from his nap so we could capture him. After the shoot, she offered to re-take some photos that she thought she could improve on another day when it was less sunny. We couldn't be more thrilled with the photos. They are perfect for our family, which is in constant motion. I don't know how she did it but she captured us all at our best. We asked her if she would be our "family photographer" going forward. I would recommend Cindy to anyone who wants an organic, free style with creative angles and locations. She has a great sense of how to use natural light and natural environments to complement the subjects.

Cindy and I grew up next door to each other so I can attest to the fact that her creativity comes from deep in her soul at an early age. Cindy photographed my two daughters and me in Oakland's Mountain View Cemetery. We arrived right on time, and Cindy was already there waiting for us, all her equipment set up.
